Nobody like to sit through a boring presentation. I admit that a few of mine have been boring in the past, but I turned over a new leaf a few years ago. If the material is boring, then it should be a short presentation. If the material is too exciting, then it should be a short presentation. Most presentations fall in the middle. Add some levity.
What is the point of your presentation? Outline your objectives before you begin your presentation.
What do you want your audience to come away with? Emphasize your main points.
Why do you have to do it all? Include the audience.
Keep it simple. Do not be boring.
